This system takes a full length standard mp3 and transforms it into the size and bit rate required by most cell phones
Currently, the system takes the time started entered in the drop down boxes, and takes the 10 seconds after that, so a 0m and 0sec setting will take the first 10 seconds of the song, a setting of 1min 20s will start the ringtone 1 minute and 20 seconds into the song and take the next 10 seconds and transform that into the ringtone.
We will be adding support for the QCP style of ringtone as well as volume enhancement for both styles of ringtones.
